Rates for the use of instant money transfers service


Money transfers have become even faster and more comfortable! With the help of our online service you can transfer funds between cards of any Kazakhstani bank. One of our main advantages are low rates for transfers. Rates depend on the type of transfer you are making:

  • Between cards of different Kazakhstani banks – 0,85% of the transfer amount*;
  • Between a QAZKOM/JSC Halyk Bank and any other Kazakhstani bank card – 0,85%;
  • Between any Kazakhstani bank card and a QAZKOM/JSC Halyk Bank card – a fixed rate of 0 KZT**;
  • Between QAZKOM/JSC Halyk Bank cards – a fixed rate of 0 KZT.

*Minimum rate – 250 KZT, maximum - 700 KZT.

Limits, imposed by the system

A user of our online-service can make up to eight transactions a day. If the sender’s card is protected by 3D Secure then it is necessary to enter the dynamically generated code that will be sent in an SMS.

On transfers to Halyk bank and other Kazakhstani financial institution’s cards the following limits apply. All transfers are carried out in KZT, equivalent to the current USD exchange rate:

  • In one transfer – no more than 2 500 USD;
  • Maximum amount in 24 hours – 5 000 USD;
  • Maximum amount of transactions per month from one card – 10 000 USD.

The sender’s card may also have limits set by the bank. In that case you can ask the managers of your bank about your limits.
